SPUMANTE DI FIANO

Fine sparkling wine obtained with the processing of the long “charmat” method. One of the characteristics that distinguish this sparkling wine from Fiano is its satisfying bubble that accompanies pleasantly from the aperitif to the end of the meal. Obtained from the refermentation of the fiano grapes of our Irpinia vines, located in the municipality of Candida.

Brilliant straw yellow color with greenish reflections, persistent and fine perlage with intense aromas wrapped in an elegant note of floral and exotic fruit.
Fresh, full-bodied taste with an aftertaste of tropical notes.

WINE MAKING METODH
De-stemming, soft pressing. Natural decantation, inoculation of selected yeasts, first fermentation at controlled temperature. Refermentation and long foam fermentation in bottle aging for another 2 months. Gabiettatura, capellatura and labeling.
