The Taurasi Riserva 2008 is a wine produced by Agricola Bellaria obtained from the transformation of 100% Aglianico grapes harvested manually.
The transport in the cellar took place directly in the collection and in small boxes. Fermentation at controlled temperature.
Malolactic fermentation and aging for 24 months in a 550-liter French oak tonneau. Refine for a further 6 months in bottle before marketing.
Serving temperature 18 ° C.
Only 500 bottles of 750 ml and 100 bottles of 1.50 liters were produced.

WINE MAKING METODH
De-stemming and crushing. Maceration and fermentation with the skins at a controlled temperature. Aging in barriques 70% French oak, 30% American oak, for 24 months. Bottling and aging in bottle for 12 months.
