Red wine of great structure obtained from the vinification of Aglianico grapes of our vineyards in Irpinia, precisely in Paternopoli. The harvest always takes place in the first ten days of November, bringing the grapes to the peak of ripening.

Ruby red color with orange reflections thanks to its passage of 6 months in French and American oak barrels. The nose gives us a wonderful feeling of vanilla that is intertwined with pleasant notes of red berries in spirit, licorice and spices. Fresh and pleasantly soft in the mouth despite its impressive structure.

Irpinia Aglianico “Sir V” should be served at the ideal temperature of 18 ° and is perfect for dishes based on red meat, game and well-matured cheeses.
